You will be given the appropriate paperwork in order that you may bill your own insurance and receive reimbursement directly.

The questions you may want to ask your insurance provider:
1) Do I have mental health coverage?
2) What is the deductible for mental health coverage?
3) Do I have "out of network" mental health coverage?
4) What is the reimbursement rate for "out of network" mental health coverage?
5) Is there a maximum coverage for mental health?

You may also check with your Flexible Spending Account manager for reimbursement.
