Fees

• Sessions are 50 minutes each.  Sessions are reserved specifically for you!  If you do not cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for missed sessions.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Christian does not accept insurance as payment for services but will provide the appropriate paperwork for you to file for reimbursement directly from your insurance provider.
  You may want to contact your insurance provider and ask them if you have "out of network" coverage and the current deductibles.  Most clients find it very easy to get reimbursement (session charge minus the co-pay) once the insurance provider receives the paperwork.

Policy

• Children under 18 must have parental consent prior to meeting.
• In families of divorce, custodial papers must be presented.
• The counseling clinic will not represent, be present, or contribute documentation for court proceedings.
